System Engineering Support Tracking Code 2628 Job Description Linquest is on the winning team supporting the ODNI (Cases II) and NGA (Emerald) contracts. We are seeking Jr./Mid:level System IT engineers with experience directly supporting these customers. Our staff will sit with the customer supporting day:to:day business activities and support customer requirements. We assist with the design, requirements, verification, validation, and deployment of end:to:end intelligence collection systems. Our support will span all aspects of the project system engineering lifecycle : from concept development, to planning and definition, to requirements development, development and oversight of test plans, through operational deployment and operations. Working with our customers, our engineering staff is responsible for developing new products and services to meet stakeholder needs. + Understanding of basic research, applied research, and advanced technology development activities + Experience in needs and requirement analysis, documentation and document preparation + Experience in program/project milestone review planning and coordination + The ability to interface with different personalities in a range of positions, including technical leads and managers at senior levels within multiple agencies + Ability to assess technology readiness levels + Knowledge of and experience with DoD and Intelligence community technology insertion and transition programs Please Note: CASES II position within 3:6 months transition to the new ODNI location in Bethesda, Maryland Required Skills + Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. + BS in a technical field. + 3:5 years working in the IC, including demonstrated knowledge of the ICs structure and member organizations roles and capabilities. + 3+ years systems experience in planning, leading, and completing complex projects. + Past experience supporting the ODNI, NGA or support organization. + Demonstrated system engineering and integration best:practices : identifying, analyzing, defining, and coordinating user, customer, and stakeholder needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements for the research, development, production, and/or procurement of processes, systems, and/or services. + Strong writing and communication skills. Required Experience + Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically. + Ability to develop white:papers and presentation on new ideas, policies and concepts. + Ability to produce deliverables in formats as required by staff leadership. Formats may include standard Microsoft documents (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web:enabled formats. + Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently, in a team or collaborative environment. + Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise work products. + Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
