Description Axios, a wholly owned subsidiary of LGS Innovations, is seeking a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst II for our Reston, VA office location. In this position you will: Under general supervision, the SIGINT Geospatial Analyst leverages their skills, knowledge, and experience geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct analysis of SIGINT data and decide if finished intelligence is reportable based on national requirements for SIGINT derived GIS reports Analyze geolocation data to determine if derived finished intelligence is a characterization of a target of interest Ensure the value of the branchA?s SGA production by performing quality control on reporting and/or geospatial products for accuracy, readability, and relevance Develop end:product SIGINT:derived GIS reports Perform analysis of SIGINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest Analyze SIGINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques Maintains appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis Travel to other LGS Locations or Customer Sites as necessary Understand and adhere to all LGS Ethical and Compliance policies Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to LGS EH policies and procedures Perform other duties as required If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level to perform the job Qualifications Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: BachelorA?s degree in a related discipline and 2:4 years of related experience or a combination of education and related experience Three (3) years demonstrated experience at NSA Headquarters, or itA?s Extended Enterprise (EE) in the Labor Category Description. The EE is defined as: NSAH, NSAT, NSAG, NSAC, UROC, or an NSA Field Site. A candidate who has served in a Joint Duty Assignment in the SIGINT Production Chain to another Agency within the IC representing NSA interest also qualifies Ability to geolocate specific targets across multiple communications methods and display in ArcGIS (or other appropriate Agency tools if ArcGIS is replaced) Capable of working with others to publish geolocation data in formal reporting Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection Can
