For more information about our company, you can visit JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Office Engineer II provides technical and administrative information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble:shoots engineering related installation problems. REQUIREMENTS: : A.S. in Electrical, Civil, Architectural Engineering or Construction Mgmt degree AND six (6) to eight (8) years experience working for a contractor. : Proficient with MS Office Suite and Autocad; experience using sophisticated Project Mgmt, Scheduling and Estimating software :Knowledge of design principles, relevant codes, and safety standards :Experience processing RFIA?s, submittals and change orders :Proven ability to document project issues in an organized and detailed manner :Experience or exposure to Technical writing :Proven ability to: :embrace, adapt and implement new processes and procedures :ensure that directives have been understood and carried out :effectively plan and organize ones own activities or the activities of others :work in the presence of customers and their representatives with little or no interference or disruption to the customer while maintaining a professional and courteous image :Must be willing to relocate :Able to obtain a security clearance A? DESIRED SKILLS: : B.S. in Electrical, Civil, Architectural Engineering or Construction Mgmt degree AND two (2) to four (4) years experience working for a contractor. :MS Project, P6 and Accubid are preferred software :LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) :Design:Build Institute of America (DBIA) :Journeyman Electrician License :FE License, EIT LicenseA?A? : This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.
