Supervises and coordinates daily maintenance activities. Implements work orders and delegate responsibilities to appropriate vendor/specialist based on assessment of operational needs. Responsible for the coordination of facility needs for 94 Patient Service Centers and growing including the install and coordination, set up and ongoing maintenance of over 420 IOP installs, along with ongoing maintenance and service for two branch locations. Specifically, this position is responsible for the facility needs to include ordering/stocking refrigerators, draw chairs, furniture, as well as all other phlebotomy equipment/ hanging supply racks. This position also requires the delegation/coordination of work orders to vendors and contractors. Responsible for assessing tenant improvement needs for our sites and working with contractors to obtain quotes for the LEP process, contacting vendors and managing all facility requests.
Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills. Must have strong communications skills to deal with vendors, contractors, internal customers as well as external customers. Must have strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office to include word and excel. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in property management and or construction.
License/Certification/Education: Normally an Associates Degree preferred w/3-5 years of experience.
