The Raytheon IIS Cybersecurity and Special Missions (CSM) Mission Area is seeking a Solutions leader who can oversee multiple complex and high-priority projects and/or processes for CSM. Drives Scoping, Estimation, Negotiation Support and overall Solution leadership for assigned new solutions/opportunities. Ensures the individualized solution incorporates the customers' and CSM's overall business strategy and technical vision. Engages in all solution communications with customer and engages in the solutions' progress throughout the implementation phase. Role also provides expert consultation and training on multiple technical, development, solution or customer related projects. Key Responsibilities: Consult with Customer emphasizing solution design and business requirements. Ensure overall solution requirements and design incorporate CSM and customer s overall solution vision Responsible for overall solution integrity of large and complex solutions, providing direction to other Solution Engineers on technology and design choices Engage in project communications with customer using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options as they relate to the solution. Focus on customer value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility and scalability of solution Define and adhere to CSM solution standards, estimates, processes, policies and procedures. Utilize standard methodologies to promote consistency and drive adherence to standards within designated teams. Familiar with other department s methodologies including project management and development methodologies Identify areas of process improvement that drive profit enhancement and customer value and instill that mindset while contributing through others Educate management, affected teams, and customers through communications at the appropriate technical granularity. Share best practices and incorporate lessons learned into estimates, standards, and protocols Work with internal product teams to provide feedback to the appropriate lines of business or product team to ensure CSM produces and/or enhances products that can meet the ever changing business needs of our customers Keep informed and evaluate the latest CSM and industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies Lead the pre-sales process of scoping and estimation efforts for new projects as assigned Maintain subject matter expertise in CSM and industry technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help align customer business needs to products, solutions and services offered. Document and share best practices and case studies Required Qualifications: 16 years of relevant experience Establish a comprehensive roadmap to further mature CSM s cybersecurity capabilities, including the development of on-going measurements to track progress Program manage the delivery and embedding of major enhancements across the CSM business Possess working knowledge of Risk Management Framework Knowledge and experience with Cyber security requirements with a strong background in incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments Understanding of Cyber Security implementation, verification and certifications Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers. Must be able to communicate and lead architectural changes across program and customer organizations. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools Cyber Security Architectural design and development experiences for custom software applications and infrastructure. Demonstrated experience with design creation, elicitation, and planning Proven track record of ability to exhibit and demonstrate leadership as well as contributing through others on major projects Demonstrated ability to be fully functional, self-directed and able to lead complex solutions Ability to interface with high-level customer stakeholders and communicate effectively, recognizing that each group demands a different level of communication / presentation skills Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight to the team including any role(s) required to deliver solution enhancement, modifications, issues management or research for customers Demonstrate the ability to take detailed, highly technical concepts and present to customer in a high-level, non-technical fashion. Ability to effectively communicate the business benefits of a technical solution in conjunction with CSM account management team SOC management experience Expertise in DevOps, Big Data Science, Cloud technologies and Managed Services Ability to obtain a TSSCI Clearance Desired Qualifications: Experience in technical roles and solutions lead roles Experience working in an external customer facing environment Experience with change management procedures Knowledge and expertise in cyber capabilities, solutions and services Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or other technical field Existing TSSCI Clearance Education: B.S./B.A. in Business Administration or related field 108768
