As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible to interact and create construction services business opportunities with commercial property firms. The focus will be on building trust and demonstrating how working with ULTRA Company General Contractors brings value and benefits to them. The target audience is commercial property management professionals throughout the Washington DC Region.
Position Description:

This key position helps support the entire organization and reports directly to the executive team.
:Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.
:Clearly communicate to educate clients about our service capabilities and benefits they derive working with is.
:Generate new and repeat sales by gathering information from clients and clearly handing off details to PM/estimating team.
:Fully understand the customers requirements and expectations regarding: problem, available information, required turnaround time.
:Further develop relationships with clients to uncover new opportunities and referrals.
:Proactively manage existing client accounts to maintain high level of company loyalty and total client satisfaction.
:Organize and participate in all required sales meetings, applicable industry associations and events, trade shows, presentations and seminars, and all initiatives set by the company executive team.
:Regularly assist executive team in tracking and analyzing various business development and revenue metrics, reports, and goals.
:Assist and participate in all marketing efforts including: public and company:sponsored events, social media, website, advertisement opportunities, project profile photos and presentations, market research, and targeting direct marketing campaigns.
:Aggressively work to meet and exceed annual revenue and new opportunities goals.
:Previous customer sales experience a plus, preferably in a business serving the commercial real estate industry.
:Bachelor Degree in Business,
Marketing/Communications or related field.
:Experience in MS Office Suite, Outlook, CRM software, plus overall knowledge of modern technologies used for effective communications.
:Ability to successfully incorporate social media tools into sales efforts.
:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
:Must be highly organized and capable of following follow standard procedures.
:Goal and Success Driven : Willing to invest time and energy to meet and exceed goals.
:Local travel more than 70 required (DC, MD, VA).
