Job Description:/h3:
We are looking for an energetic biomedical engineer to provide customer support, installation, and training for our diagnostic products. Further, in this position you will responsible for product and board level testing and repair, as well as maintaining quality records and procedures. This position involves some travel, mostly inside the United States but also internationally. After training, you will
: Provide telephone and email based customer support to medical technicians, doctors, and researchers using our products
: Install equipment at customer sites and train their staff in the use of the equipment
: Help to demonstrate our products at medical and research conferences
: Provide pre:sales technical support by answering questions, ascertaining needs, and providing input to the sales staff on the proper configuration options
: Measure customer satisfaction and understand the needs of our customers in order to provide input for our next generation of products
: Perform final QC testing on equipment prior to shipment
: Organize and assist in equipment repairs
: Manage databases for purchasing, repairs, and customer satisfaction
: Assist in verification and validation of hardware and software changes in our medical devices
: Perform incoming inspection and programming of PCB assemblies.
: Maintain the quality management system procedures

Desired Skills and Experience
Core Requirements:
: BS/MS in an engineering or biomedical discipline
: Excellent spoken and written English
: Must have either U.S. Citizenship or green card
: Attention to detail
: Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical nature, and a desire to serve the customer
: Familiarity with electronic equipment
: Ability and willingness to organize and travel both domestically and internationally.
: Fluency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products

Candidates must be self:motivated, and work well as part of a team. In addition, you must be able to multitask in a dynamic, casual, and fun environment with the ability to take initiative and follow direction.
