The ideal candidate must have a passion for success, both professionally and financially, and truly enjoy the challenges associated with a fast paced, customer facing sales environment. Using computer based and facilitated learning sessions, as well as On the Job Training our Associates are provided the knowledge and skills to maximize their earnings and achieve their professional goals.A Sales position might not be for everyone. A typical Sales Associate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays. Our work environment is a challenging one, often requiring lifting of up to 75 pounds, exposure to inclement weather as well as the noise and environment associated with an auto repair facility, and long hours standing and walking while providing world class service to our customers. Sales Associates may be required to assist in diagnosis and repairs of vehicles, including tire changing, perform administrative functions in support of management, as well as general shop housekeeping. Additionally, our Sales candidates should have skill sets that include: outstanding work ethic, and the experience or aptitude to provide outstanding customers service in a high volume setting and the ability to work well with others.Those who are up to the challenge will be provided exceptional earning potential though our pay for performance philosophy, and virtually unlimited advancement opportunities.
