Center Director Job Description
The Center Director of Leesburg and Sterling is responsible for managing the overall customer experience, marketing, sales, and day:to:day operations to achieve monthly and yearly performance goals set.
Essential Job Functions:
:Ensure timely and high quality personal customer service (For example: phone calls, emails, face:to:face, new/existing parent conferences)
:Manage Sales and Marketing activities as the candidate in the role is responsible for P and L
:Monitor and track Center financial and quality performance. Achieve set financial goals
:Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with schools and other
:Manage day:to:day operation of the center (scheduling, proctoring, assessments, billing, collections)
:Ensure timely and high quality teaching sessions.
:Hire and Maintain teachers with excellent credentials
:Review all corporate communications with your manager and share as needed with Centers staff, and other stakeholders. Your manager will be responsible for corporate communication.
Skills and Abilities Required:
:Strong Marketing and Sales skills
:Strong Customer Service skills
:Ability to track, interpret and meet business metrics
:Analytical and problem solving skills
:Organizational skills
:Strong team player
:Excellent teaching skills is a plus
Knowledge Required:
:Four year degree preferred
:Minimum of two years : Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Growth
:Experience using social media as an advertising tool
