New Greek restaurant opening soon in Arlington.

Hiring - Chef de Cuisine AND Sous Chef.

Ideal hiring date - IMMEDIATE

Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in management position and understanding of small farm/responsible sourcing.

This is a unique opportunity to open a new restaurant and participate in the R&D process of creating the menu with Executive Chef. We are forward thinking kitchen with emphasis on quality, freshness and creativity and committed to working with the freshest local ingredients with daily deliveries from small farmers.

-Work with Executive Chef and lead a team of young enthusiastic cooks in producing delicious fresh food you can be proud of.
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment while taking the time to teach all kitchen staff to work with integrity and finesse.
-Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of kitchen staff.
-Please have strong knowledge of food costing and labor management.
-Clear communication with management, line cooks, cleaning staff and the front of the house will be essential to success.
