GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services has the primary responsibility for the day to day operation of the assigned residential programs and ensuring that individuals are able to access quality services in an efficient and cost effective manner. Provides leadership and supervision for multiple sites with Residential Services. Ensures person centered services and transformation management.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S):
1. Supervises the day to day operation of the homes related to the service provision over all operations and quality standards and ensures compliance with regulations and Agency standards.
2. Provides input to the Director of Residential Services regarding supervisory responsibilities and capabilities of the Residential Manager(s). Provides coaching, feedback, and supervisory guidance to assigned Residential Managers.
3. Provides administrative support such as reviewing and approving all final automatic time management records, approve all overtime request, staffing level reports, house budget report, and quality assurance.
4. Maintains costs within budget for the homes reviewing expenditures and the use of resources.
5. Provides feedback for Residential Program Technicians performance evaluations.
6. Reviews communications methods used at assigned sites.
7. Assists with establishing systems and procedures for consistent operations in collaboration with other intra:department and interdepartmental personnel.
8. Prepares plans of correction for problems noted on any licensing or regulatory review.
9. Assists with developing, implementing and following up on plans of correction to address problems noted during visits with Agency personnel as a result of quality assurance reviews.
10. Responsible for completion of resident quarterly reports and distribution to required parties.
11. Facilitate admission, transfer, discharge processes, for admissions, completes assessments and intake packets.
12. Provide tours of programs to referral sources and interested parties.
13. Participates in the development and implementation of the ISP, attendance to interim meetings, and coordination of specialized meetings to address medical or behavioral supports.
14. Responsible for ensuring staff training regarding ISPS, goals and data collection is conducted, staff training needs are assessed and staff is trained in required time frames. Advocates for residents access to community resources and services.
15. Supervision of residential managers to include biweekly meetings to review environmental issues, case management issues, human
resources/personnel, and quality assurance concerns.
16. Reviews all incidents reports, conducts internal investigations, and makes additional contacts on incidents as required.
17. Conducts frequent environmental checks and provides quality assurance reports with recommendations, Conducts weekly scheduled site visits.
18. Responds timely to internal and external stakeholders, family members, and team memebers.
19. Establishes accountability practices on financial accounts: petty cash, resident accounts, and vehicle use.
20. Attends house staff meeting quarterly.
21. Attends administrative meetings as required.
22. Uses technology to perform position functions.
23. Provides daily hands on support and coaching for residential managers to support residents growth.
24. Modifies service plans when needed.
25. Assumes on:call duties as assigned; is available outside regular work schedule to handle crisis situations, staffing needs, and medical supports.
26. Provides training to all staff in person centered planning and servant leadership.
27. Coordinates all needs for behavioral consultations and follow up in developing and implementing behavioral management plans.
28. Acts as liaison among families, related agencies and professional staff.
