Our client, a top 10 international Biopharmaceutical firm, is currently seeking an Onboarding and Training Coordination Manager (Lead Program Coordinator) for a 12 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

The hours for this position are as follows
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay is 35-48/hr

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • The Lead Program Coordinator for Orientation is responsible for the onboarding program within Commercial and Medical, ensuring the successful transition of new hires into their roles.
  • The Lead Program Coordinator will be a member of the training and development operations team responsible for strategic partnering with the client to provide forward thinking, standards based people, process, and technology solutions.
    • Effectively facilitate multiple orientation events
    • Consult with Learning Standards Lead to identify issues, risks, and process improvements
    • Work with trainers and training managers to ensure the orientation guides are updated and accurate for all learners
    • Create reports on completion and enrollments; generate and summarize survey feedback reports and send to orientation delivery team
    • Monitor budget

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, or training and professional development;
  • 2+ years of experience as a training coordinator/event manager that included large-scale initiatives.
