Description Axios, a wholly owned subsidiary of LGS Innovations, is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter II for our Herndon, VA office location. In this position you will: Under general direction, prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized product to customers. Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze data from multiple sources and determine if information is reportable based on national reporting criteria Draft and edit finished SIGINT product reports based on fused intelligence Determine the focus of report based on national requirements and prioritized targets of interest Identify which SIGNIT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would optimize reporting integrity Pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers Travel to other LGS Locations or Customer Sites as necessary Understand and adhere to all LGS Ethical and Compliance policies Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to LGS EH policies and procedures Perform other duties as required If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level to perform the job Qualifications Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: BachelorA?s degree in a related discipline and 2:4 years of experience or a combination of education, skills, and related experience Familiar with basic SIGNIT reporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGNIT and collateral report repositories to conduct analysis TS/SCI Poly 3 years demonstrated experience at NSA Headquarters, or its Extended Enterprise (EE) in the Labor Category Description. The EE is defined as: NSAH, NSAT, NSAG, NSAC, UROC, or an NSA Field Site. A candidate who has served in a Joint Duty Assignment in the SIGINT Production Chain to another Agency within the IC representing NSA interest also qualifies Experience at NSA, or its extended enterprise in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGNIT product reports Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate SIGNIT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGNIT report writing and target development Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications a
