What you’ll be doing...
As a Resource Analyst you will use data to assist the business in determining staffing requirements of contracts, developing and identifying key skills and provide systematic support for the resources. You will work directly for the Professional Services (PS) operations team. You and your teammates will be responsible for gathering the skills data directly from the systems, and conducting professional discussions with the unit leaders to determine appropriate resource assignment to ensure utilization targets are met. You will assist in defining, implementing, and utilizing skills in a database of profiles. As needed, you will participate in meetings with the Information Technology, Finance, and the business unit leaders.
The team’s primary goal is to help develop a picture of where the company stands as far as utilization performance against target, and what the pipeline of sales means for the staffing model.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in a Business related area of study or one or more years of work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
One or more years of experience in data analytics and/or problem-solving.
Even Better if you have
- A degree.
- ITIL Certification.
- Experience leading large projects.
- Experience delivering oral and written presentations to key stakeholders.
