The BSI Receptionist manages the companyA?s lobby and kitchen area. Responsibilities are greeting visitors, answering the telephone, managing the mailroom, and providing general administrative support as requested by the front desk manager. Essential Responsibilities:Answers the telephone, takes messages, supplies general information to callers and forwards calls to appropriate staffGreets and announces all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers to appropriate staff.Ensures completion of visitor sign:in/sign:out and security procedures.Accepts, logs, sorts, distributes and forwards all incoming mail and packagesContacts recipients as packages arriveProvides general administrative support and handles special administrative projects as requested by the managerCommunicates clearly, effectively and professionally between customers /suppliers/vendors/enquirers and co:workersEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with co:workersPerform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous mannerSends out outgoing mail, applies postage, and prepares package labelsOrders and maintains office suppliesOperates a variety of office machines including phone, personal computer, fax and copy machines, postage machine, and a calculatorMaintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures and company policiesMaintain break room cleanliness and ensure all kitchen supplies are replenishedPerforms other related duties as assignedThis great opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain visibility within the organization.
