Project Management Support Tracking Code 2629 Job Description Linquest was on the winning team supporting the ODNI (Cases II) and NGA (Emerald) contracts. We are seeking Jr./Mid:level Program Support Managers and System Engineers with experience directly supporting these customers. Our staff will sit with the customer supporting day:to:day business activities and support customer requirements. + Assisting with the development and implementation of multiple IC integration projects, monitor execution, and assess performance. + Aligning projects with internal strategies and other IC or USG strategies and assess performance against intelligence gaps identified therein. + Working with internal and external partners/stakeholders to engage in working groups and projects implementing identified strategies and other IC or USG strategies. + Assist to coordinate working:level administrative and logistical integration between and amongst IC Strategy Boards as well as the analytic and collection enterprise. + Helping to ensure projects are aligned and responsive to requirements, deadlines and milestones. + Ability to generate system level documentation (such as: system concepts, SE plans and requirements, CONOPS documentation, etc.), schedules, cost plans and provide project status to senior government personnel. Please Note: CASES II position within 3:6 months transition to the new ODNI location in Bethesda, Maryland Required Skills + Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with polygraph + 3+ years working in the IC, including demonstrated knowledge of the ICs structure and member organizations roles and capabilities. + 3+ years project management experience in planning, leading, and completing complex projects. + Past experience supporting the ODNI, NGA or support organization + Demonstrated system engineering and integration best:practices + Demonstrated proficiency working with project management planning tools and software. + Demonstrated strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. A? Required Experience + Ability to develop white:papers and presentation on new ideas, policies and concepts. + Ability to produce deliverables in formats as required by staff leadership. Formats may include standard Microsoft documents (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web:enabled formats. + Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently, in a team or collaborative environment. + Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise work products. + Ability to work with senior officials, to build and sustain professional networks in a diverse, fast:paced, multi:task environment, and to manage competing priorities. + Be adaptable and flexible to perform a range of tasks and work with many different offices and organizations across the organization and the community. + Be proactive in developing innovative ideas and in communicating them effective GovA?t sponsors. + Strong writing and grammatical skills to develop products that require little or no editing. + Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
