General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Program Performance Management Analyst (Junior level) to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to develop the cutting:edge technology that supports some of our nations fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed clients to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high:stakes national security missions. This position is responsible for providing schedule development, management and analysis related to a new large development program. The analyst will assist in developing the program schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team. The scheduling analyst will also analyze program performance (historical and predictive), and monitor the forecasted completion data. Duties and Tasks:Collect, update, and analyze program performance data, prepare historical and predictive measures, and review results and recommendations with program manager and program tegrate subcontractor schedule data and/or material data into the overall program schedule.Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolve network logic conflicts.Apply schedule techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis).Analyze critical path to identify and manage schedule risk.Prepare timely, accurate program review documents.Present documents to appropriate audience.Prepare timely, accurate customer required documents and review with program manager and department manager.Update program schedules and associated documents to ensure latest contract modifications and related requirements are terface with multiple IPT leads and PMs primarily at a single location.Foster an environment of trust and teamwork: build collaborative relationships, internally and municate professionally and effectively with employees and customers.Work on multiple projects in a fast:paced environment.Partner with functional groups.May support proposal terface requirement:Contact with internal Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
