STG, Inc. has an immediate opportunity as a Program Administrative Coordinator located in Reston, Virginia. This position will support program/project management staff in tracking and administering contractual and staffing commitments as well as other assignments such as: project scheduling, staffing, testing, interviews, technical analyses, and other duties as assigned. The Program Administrative Coordinator acts as single point of contact for assigned project(s). Provides oversight, and is responsible, for the tracking and development of candidate staffing, project package creation, client updates, testing implementation and execution, and review/final submission of security packages. Ensures adherence to contract quality standards/requirements, as well as, reviews project deliverables as assigned. The Program Administrative Coordinator is highly proficient in application of professional concepts in accordance with STG policies and procedures. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works under only general limited direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work may be reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.The coordinator will manage position requirements by working in coordination with recruiters, client representatives, security, other STG staff, and program managers. The coordinator should have knowledge of the Intelligence Community/DoD and understand analytic and language service requirements to develop job requisitions, format resumes, and screen candidates based on program requirements. The coordinator will understand procedures and directives relative to the security clearance process. Other duties as assigned to assist the programs include, but are not limited to:Responsible for vetting candidate resumesDeveloping and formatting resumes for various programsMaintaining a database of candidate submissionsDevelop and track metrics to aid in developing successful approaches to placing candidatesEstablish a tracking system, monitor the progress of candidate resume submissions, and keep program managers informed of the status of submissionsDevelop procedures, instructions, handouts, and other items as neededUpload resumes and candidate information into a web based portals or other methods of submissionResponsible for the testing facility, maintaining the language test library, and testing aidsResponsible for scheduling and proctoring language tests, providing testing instructions, recording test results, and maintaining the integrity of the language testing processAid in supporting Executive and Corporate Assistants with reception, communications, and duties assigned in these areas as required.Creation of briefing slides for program managers and corporate staff as assigned. High School Diploma plus 2 years experienceMust possess an Active Secret Clearance: BS/BA Degree: Top Secret clearance: Experience with Middle East staffing and recruitment process: 2 years experience working within the IC as a linguist, Analyst, recruiter, or SME
