Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a highly qualified Manager of International Trade Compliance 2 to join the NGTS Export Import Management team Compliance Oversight. This position reports to the Sector Director of International Trade Compliance and will be located in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive internal export and import guidance, expertise and analysis for a variety of international programs.
Key duties include:
- Maintains awareness of changing export control laws and regulations and provides analysis regarding applicability and impact to company products and technologies, as well as existing company export policies and procedures
- Provides oversight of denied party screening adjudication for the Sector.
- Serves as the Sector’s central focal point for automation requirements, issues, concerns and training and administers Sector website content.
- Manages the Sector training plan, develops and delivers export/import compliance training
Creates, maintains, issues and trains export/import management professionals and other relevant stakeholders on processes, procedures and forms.
Provides oversight to the Technical Advisor program within the Sector.
Conducts assessments to ensure continued compliance with regulations and internal controls.
Serves as the Empowered Official and provides support to Headquarters staff regarding compliance with US Export/Import Regulations.
Supports law department in investigating and resolving compliance problems, questions, or complaints.
As an integral member of Export Import Management team, may perform other duties on a collateral basis, as assigned by the Director of Export Management, to include leading various Northrop Grumman process improvement projects
