The Capture Manager 3 performs and leads tasks essential to the identification, qualification, shaping and capture of new business opportunities for the products, capabilities and customers within the Northrop Grumman Technology Services Global Logistics and Modernization (GLM) Division with particular emphasis on US Navy and other allied militaries.
This position is located in Herndon, VA and reports directly to the Capture Director.
Provide leadership for all applicable capture processes in the Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
In support of business development partners, carry out program advocacy campaigns to ensure long term support and to expand the possibility of derivative systems.
Proactively collaborate within Northrop Grumman Corporation, with special emphasis on collaborating across synergistic operating units within the NGTS GLM Enterprise.
Communicate at all levels of both internal and customer organizations, including with executive management.
