Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking a Manager Business Management 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The position reports to the Sector Director, Rates and Budgets in Northrop Grumman's Technology Services business management organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Technology Services HQ functional rates and budgets and incurred cost team to provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports to facilitate senior leadership decision-making.
  • Manage a team that provide business management support to Executive Leadership Team and functional budget holders.
  • Manage the segment Incurred Cost Proposal team creating, submitting and negotiating claimed rates, as well as supporting the annual incurred audit process.
  • Provide consolidated reporting, analytics and oversight of the sector-level rates and HQ functional budgets.
  • Forecast future spend based on trends and known risks/opportunities and lead the annual FPRP process.
  • Ensure supported organizations comply with TS policies and procedures, in particular time charging, and appropriate expensing of unallowable costs.
  • Coordinate with functional organizations on headcount and non-labor requirements.
  • Manage the calculation of incentive compensation and unallowable excess compensation.
