Lead Recruiter

FCi Federal has an opportunity for a Lead Recruiter to join our team at our Headquarters office in Ashburn, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and administration of recruiting and processes for a high volume of positions. As a company, the majority of our positions fall under the Service Contract Act, and include General Clerks, File Clerks, Mail Clerks, and Data Entry Operators, to name a few, as well as supervisors.
As a Lead Recruiter on the FCi Federal Talent Acquisition team, you will:
:Have ownership for recruiting operations supporting a particular large program or several smaller programs
:Partner with your internal clients, such as Program and Site Managers, to build, manage, and deliver upon approaches to identify and hire talent and to keep them well informed of progress, initiatives, and challenges.
:Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with all stakeholders; develop and present update reports. Be the main point of contact for the recruiting team for all program stakeholders; maintain awareness of all recruiting activity for the program at all times.
:Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies a variety of tools such as direct sourcing, resume databases, social networking, marketing campaigns, hiring events, and creative techniques to drive interest to our job postings
:Identify, recruit, qualify, and close candidates for a range of positions
:Work closely with and provide direction to sourcing recruiters to ensure the development of pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs for the program(s) you support
:Work closely with and provide direction to the recruiting coordinator to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all administrative and compliance functions related to recruiting and candidate experience
:Work with the Program Management and Human Capital teams to ensure mutual awareness of active vacancies, future planned needs, priorities, hires, coordinate starts, etc.
:Maintain recruiting metrics for the program and provide regular and ad:hoc reporting on activity. Ensure that all candidate tracking is complete, timely, and accurate.
:Work closely with the Facility Security team to ensure accurate information exchange with regards to candidates throughout the clearance process.
:Travel to your program site(s) as necessary (travel demands vary, no more than 25, within the U.S.)
In order to be successful in this role, we expect that qualified candidates will have the following experience, education, skills and knowledge:
:Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills as well as attention to detail
:Proven ability to handle a large volume of positions
:Strong written and oral communication skills; Comfortable presenting to large groups
:3+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources preferred
:Previous experience in Recruiting with a Federal Contractor required
:Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience with Service Contract Act (SCA)/Wage Determined (WD) candidates is highly desirable
:Eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
:Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
:Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
:Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
