The HR Generalist/Sr. Generalist leads and manages the people related agenda supporting Operational Leadership. Working with Operational Leadership, the HR Generalist/Sr. Generalist development plans for key/high potential employees to ensure readiness for strategic promotions. The HR Generalist/Sr. Generalist serves as a support member of the operational management team of internal clients. The HR Generalist/Sr. Generalist actively supports discussions and drives best practices from different functions in the organization.
