The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams to administer a solution developed by GDMS that tracks foreign contact and travel reporting for our client. Responsibilities include fielding calls from operators of the system, answering questions and performing basic troubleshooting. The help desk administrator will input data into the system, perform data quality checks, and update user manuals. The help desk administrator will work with a team of foreign contact and foreign travel debriefers to perform basis data analysis and scheduling of interviews. Responsibilities Help Desk Administrators will be the primary operators of the GDMS foreign contact and travel system. The key responsibilities include data entry and quality assurance of foreign contact and travel reporting, as well as the scheduling of source interviews. Help Desk administrators will also serve as primary points of contact for users experiencing technical issues with the system. Help Desk Administrators will assist Intelligence and Operations Analysts in order to perform analysis of all collections in order to identify potential threats and their associated trends.
