The primary duties will include researching and assist in the invoicing of closed project account receivables. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Perform reconciliation of financial transactions against invoices on several closed projectsIdentify and prepare supporting data for time, expense, and other transactional correctionsLocate and prepare backup documentation in support of invoicingAssist in performing contract closeout functions in accordance with current closeout policies and proceduresCollege Junior or Senior pursuing a BachelorA?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Preference to candidates looking to be hired on after internship into Government contracting field with a focus on finance/contracts. Strong communication skills to include effective written, listening and interpersonal skills, approachability, and ability to build and maintain internal/external relationships.Effectively meet responsibilities in a highly interactive team environment and able to work well under pressure, multi:task, and deliver on multiple priorities while producing work of the highest caliberProficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.Strong analytical and research skills.
