Sodexo has an exciting Client Analytics Manager position now available with our Client Relations team. This position is virtual with the selected candidate working from a home office. Candidates may be located in any time zone (EST, CST, MST or PST). This position will be responsible for creating and managing the Client Relations publications, reports and communication for North America Region. Includes updating our intranet site (Sodexonet), producing reports for Client Relations team and Senior Leadership, tracking and analysis of data and trends, ensuring timely publications of reports and information within budgeted funds. The Client Analytics Manager will be accountable for refining and redefining processes for efficiency and to support North America retention results. This role will systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of the alternatives. The ideal candidate will have the following preferred background / skillset:Bachelors degree (preferred)Demonstrated experience with data, data analyticsProfessionalism in interacting with all levels of organizationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within teams and across functionsStrong project management skills and demonstrated ability to initiate and execute projectsExcellent writing and communication skillsAbility to communicate process improvement and results to senior leadershipSuperior organizational skills. Solid presentation and training skillsStrong general management skills, including demonstrated ability to work with a team to accomplish projects within budgetary and calendar guidelinesMotivated self:starter with a forward thinking approachProficiency in SharePoint, CRM or other data management platforms, SmartSheet, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Top responsibility for the design, development and implementation of Client and Customer Satisfaction Survey programs, including tracking of client, customer, patient, and resident satisfaction data.
