We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of ISR BusinessDevelopment in our Chantilly, VA office who will represent our Common DataLink products and solutions to the ISR market for our Tactical and Network Communications segment. Thesuccessful candidate will have a track record of pleased customers,understanding and communicating customer needs/expectations and creating high quality technical proposals. Additionally, he or she will be able to: Proactivelyestablish strong, trusted customer relationships in ISR communications, DoD, Civil, IC and Commercial communities Developa deep understanding of relevant RT Logic practices, products and technologies (frequent travel required) Developstrategic plans and roadmaps for penetration of RT Logic products and technologies into the airborne and tactical communications arenas Coordinatecapabilities briefings, demonstrations, customer meetings, tradeshow attendance for the tactical communications business area Attendrelevant industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, forums, etc. to form strategic business relationships for the above growth markets Track and ensure follow:through on opportunities and coordinate opportunity reviews with customers Generatesignificant opportunities and sales leads Completeand negotiate strategic sales transactions for RT Logics offerings both directly to commercial or government customers and through prime/sub relationships Prepareand perform technical:oriented business development presentations demonstrating an ability to communicate comfortably with customer systems engineers and program managers Leverageexisting inroads to strategic customers to provide new business opportunities Experience and Skills: Experience and Skills: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical background Businessdevelopment and/or sales experience Strongwritten and oral communication skills Capturemanagement and proposal writing skills Existing SCI a plus ISR communicationsor platforms background Broad network of contacts in ISR platform market space Commercial and/or DoD and/or Intelligence background Proventrack record in developing new business for a technology, product:basedcompany 5+ yearsof progressive experience in applying technology such as digital, networks, analog or signals Relevant,current industry experience and strategic technical insight to assist inpenetrating target markets Proven track record of business development, including proposal development forcomplex systems and giving product demonstrations U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
