Job Descriptions:RT Logic, a Kratos company, is a leading supplier of real:time signal processing and assured RF and digital communication systems for US Government and commercial aerospace applications (e.g., satellite, UAV, aircraft, missile, launch vehicles, etc). Our innovative products and solutions are used to test, launch, operate, maintain, and assure availability for numerous aerospace missions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of ISR Business Development in our Chantilly, VA office who will represent our Common Data Link products and solutions to the ISR market for our Tactical and Network Communications segment. The successful candidate will have a track record of pleased customers, understanding and communicating customer needs/expectations and creating high quality technical proposals. Additionally, he or she will be able to: Proactively establish strong, trusted customer relationships in ISR communications, DoD, Civil, IC and Commercial communitiesDevelop a deep understanding of relevant RT Logic practices, products and technologies (frequent travel required)Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for penetration of RT Logic products and technologies into the airborne and tactical communications arenasCoordinate capabilities briefings, demonstrations, customer meetings, tradeshow attendance for the tactical communications business areaAttend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, forums, etc. to form strategic business relationships for the above growth marketsTrack and ensure follow:through on opportunities and coordinate opportunity reviews with customersGenerate significant opportunities and sales leadsComplete and negotiate strategic sales transactions for RT LogicA?s offerings both directly to commercial or government customers and through prime/sub relationshipsPrepare and perform technical:oriented business development presentations demonstrating an ability to communicate comfortably with customer systems engineers and program managersLeverage existing inroads to strategic customers to provide new business opportunitiesRequired Experience:Experience and Skills:B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical backgroundBusiness development and/or sales experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsCapture management and proposal writing skillsExisting SCI a plusISR communications or platforms backgroundBroad network of contacts in ISR platform market spaceCommercial and/or DoD and/or Intelligence backgroundProven track record in developing new business for a technology, product:based company5+ years of progressive experience in applying technology such as digital, networks, analog or signalsRelevant, current industry experience and strategic technical insight to assist in penetrating target marketsProven track record of business development, including proposal development for complex systems and giving product demonstrationsU.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
