We are seeking an intern to support our National Account Development team based in Chantilly. Candidates will have exposure to all aspects of the rapidly growing field of A?Account Based MarketingA? . Candidates must be based in the Washington, D.C., Metro Area and provide their own transportation. Candidates must also be available for 20+ hours per week. Hours for the position will be 9AM:5PM Eastern Time.Learn and utilize , a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database tool that houses all business transaction data.Prepare email campaigns and reports in Salesforce.Mine Salesforce reports to maintain data integrity, including setting up company and campaign hierarchies, ensuring client transactions are associated properly, and reviewing company information.Manage automatic out:of:office replies that come in as a result of campaigns, updating client records and adding new client prospects into Salesforce.Learn and utilize various sales intelligence tools.Conduct research on businesses and their major initiatives and key players.Assist with prospecting activities.Pursuing a Bachelors degree in marketing/business : junior or senior in college requiredExperience with sales and marketing technology preferred, but not required, i.e. customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation software, online company and contact databases Strong analytical skillsProactive, organized, and detail:orientedComfortable with a flexible start:up type environmentA fast learner who is eager to bring ideas to the table and expand their skill setA team player who works well with others, but is also a self:starter who can work and think independently For more information on CORT Business Services, our website at EEO/AA Employer/Vets/Disability
