Reporting to the Director of Benefits and Compliance, the Senior Benefits Administrator will join our Corporate HR Team to promote and maintain the companys Employee Health, Retirement, and Wellness Benefits programs. Situated in the Corporate Fairfax Office, this is a phenomenal opportunity to partner and be the primary point:of:contact with all personnel across the company to include the Corporate and Regional Office, as well as106 Hotels in 28 states across the nation The desire for building strong relationships, as well as having an unparalleled attitude of world:class customer service is an absolute must to have success in this fast:paced roleThe Senior Benefits Administrator will:Work with departments such as Payroll, Field HR Staff, and all Third Party vendors to review, analyze, reconcile data to include census related data, to include troubleshooting file export and import errors.Develop benefit operation processes and procedures to support 401(k) and H and W benefits administration, ACA compliance, and improving existing processes/ procedures.Assist with required legal filings and tests, state reporting and other compliance regulations.Process leave of absence requests, counseling employees on DCL policy and providing updated reports to HR Management and field managers.Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, distributions, loans, hardships and compliance testing. Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records. Gather employee data and oversee the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of vouchers for payment of administrative fees for all group plans. Allocate group health and dental claims monthly and reviews quarterly.Conduct new employee orientations; provides technical guidance and support to all levels of personnel Provide and support the Benefits DepartmentA?s reporting needs.Research and address benefit inquiries from employees and HR, including resolving eligibility, payroll deduction, and enrollment issuesDraft and delivery of communications for H and W plans including but not limited to SPDs, policies, changes and procedures.Assist in the processing of all Savings Plan (401(k)) funding wires and investigating and resolving discrepancies. Pulling weekly and bi:weekly benefit reports (using Excel and data bases) and other ad:hoc data reportsEducation and Experience: BachelorA?s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.High level proficiency with Excel (e.g., v:lookups, pivot tables, if/then formulas).Experience with ADPExcellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Must like working with data.Must be highly organized, demonstrate strong attention to detail, be able to prioritize, and apply a sense of urgency to tasks.Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.Must be able to multi:task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Familiarity with 401(k) and H and W benefit plans, Affordable Care Act, and collective bargaining agreements.Ability to work with all levels within the organization.Crestline Hotels and Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
