Job Description
(20 Hours Per Week) Provides data management and general administrative office support for the Thriving Germantown Community HUB project : a multi:sector, community collaborative, serving a low:income population in the UpCounty area of Montgomery County, Maryland. The community HUB provides care coordination services to elementary school children and their families, focusing primarily on Pre K and kindergarten students who attend Daly Elementary School.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage data collection systems and reporting of program outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with program staff and outside contractors and consultants involved in program evaluation and outcome tracking.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports, marketing materials, and other publications and communications for the TG program.
* Handle general administrative and support activities for the program.
* Manage petty cash/credit card activity as needed, and oversee accounting for client flex funding pool, only dispersing funds as approved by the Program Manager or other supervisory staff.
* Arrange internal and external meetings, maintain minutes and logs of meetings and program activities.
* Other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum of a high school diploma; preferably have an associates or bachelors degree. Minimum of two years or equivalent experience providing general office duties with capability to manage data collection and reporting systems, and information processing. Ability to primarily work during normal business hours; but from time to time to be able to support some evening and weekend activities as might be needed rarely.
