Duties and Responsibilities:
:Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.
:Provide outstanding customer service to customers calling in with questions
:Utilize databases simultaneously to review and resolve inquiries related to the applicable service.
:Clearly document all customer conversations in call tracking system.
:Assist with marketing campaigns (Email Marketing, Social Media, Online Ads)
:Assist the marketing manager on various marketing campaigns
:Bachelors Degree from a Four Year University
:Some professional office experience
:Customer Service Experience
:Mature and Professional
:Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
:Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
:Excellent organizational skills
