Office assistant needed in Woodbridge, VA, fluency in English and Spanish is preferred- part time to start with possibility to be full time if your show outstanding performance , pay per hour based on experience and skills, plus bonus pay per transaction completed based on your role in the transaction (details will be explained at interview), duties include but not limited to:
- answering calls.
- setting appointments.
- writing and responding to emails.
- preparing documents , organizing and filing them properly.
- following up with clients and other third parties.
- maintaining business online and social accounts.
- keeping track of appointments and performing tasks on time.
- other duties as required.
- Some marketing and sales tasks.
Required skills and experience:
- Good customer service.
- good office and administrative skills and experience.
- Good people skills.
- Some sales experience.
- Acceptable typing speed, computer and internet skills.


Training will be provided. Reliability and punctuality is a must. No benefits to start but some benefits will be provided after 6 months of employment based if requirements met ( details will be provided at interview).
