Customer Service Coordinator

Type: Full:Time

Quality Services Moving a veteran:owned relocation company is seeking a charismatic Customer Service Coordinator to support busy growing Sales Department. We have been providing relocation and storage services to Washington, DCs elite clientele, transitioning DoD personnel, international corporations, and residential customers. Given our teams strong work ethic, high standards, and industry reputation, we are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with similar attributes to help uphold our high standards and to facilitate continued growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison to our customers for our busy Sales Representatives to ensure information is appropriately communicated and documented for a smooth relocation experience. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answering and directing inbound phone calls
Promptly researching and responding to various requests concerning RFQs, booked moves, date changes, inventory updates, required services and associated pricing, cancellations, deposits, and associated paperwork
Scheduling appointments for estimates and networking events
Following up on various lead sources
Keeping office and marketing materials stocked
Providing over:the:phone estimates for smaller relocation needs
Entering accurate and complete data into electronic files and maintaining up:to:date information
Coordinating closely with Sales Department, Operations staff members, and customers regarding services to be provided
Sending confirmation documents to customers regarding their upcoming scheduled move
Contacting customers to schedule
estimates/appointments for Sales Representatives

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional phone presence and Customer Service Skills
Strong organizational, time management, investigative, computer/internet, and data entry skills
Service:oriented attitude, along with a professional demeanor and an ability to work well independently
Professional appearance and demeanor with appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent company in various environments
Outgoing personality with exceptional communication (written and verbal), customer service, organizational, and follow:through abilities
Strong computer skills, to include prior CRM experience
