Maintenance Account Executive
The Maintenance Account Executive partners with the key stakeholders within their assigned accounts to maintain a successful long:term relationship with OPIS. An OPIS MAE proactively and personally communicates all business:critical information concerning OPIS products and policies with their assigned accounts. You will liaise between the customers and OPIS internal teams to ensure a timely and successful delivery of OPIS solutions according to customer requirements. The successful OPIS MAE will be thoroughly familiar with an assigned account's contracted data feeds, software systems, and general business practices. The OPIS MAE also partners with an assigned OPIS Account Executive (Sales) to help promote new business and recommend technical and operational enhancements. MAE's also participate in general group projects such as content and customer database maintenance and customer inquiries from unassigned accounts.
:Answer all types of customer support calls and emails
:Perform routine audits of customer's contract data services
:Act as lead technical contact for key accounts
:Represent and support the entire range of OPIS services
:Design and Support of custom data programs
:Assist with requests of unassigned accounts
:Answer questions and act as a resource to colleagues throughout the organization
:Conduct on:site client visits
Required Skills, Abilities and Knowledge
:Ability to interpret a customer's business and business needs
:Organizational and time management skills
:Strong technical background
:Ability to meet deadlines of multiple competing projects
Education/Job Experience Requirements
:A history of excellence in increasingly complex customer service challenges
:A Minimum two years' experience working with energy industry pricing and volume data at the spot, rack and retail level
:Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
