Job Description:/h3:
To provide excellent customer service and accurately assess all customer needs. Coordinate and execute in:house marketing programs. Demonstrates professional image of Signarama at all times.
Essential Skills: Quickbooks, Payroll, ADP
:Front counter sales : serve as first point of contact for new customers, walk:ins, and telephone customers
:Execute in:house direct meeting
:Assure customer satisfaction
:Telemarketing calls to Direct Mail listings
:Telemarketing calls to existing customer files
:Telemarketing to no activities customers
:Call outstanding quotations
:Follow:up to top 100 customers
:Quality control
:Cross train in other areas of the store
:Maintain an organized, clean and professional manner
:Contract customers when orders are ready
Education/ Experience:
Any combinations of education, training or general experience that would provide the required skills and knowledge base enough for performance.
This includes:
Sufficient formal and informal education to assure the ability to use simple math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, as well as converting fractions to decimals).
Previous experience as a customer sales associate/ service representative
Previous experience in energy efficient products
