ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD : Top Secret Security Clearance. LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations. The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish. MUST HAVE an active DOD : Top Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration. MUST obtain a pre:deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire. The CCR Technician I will successfully complete moderately complex assignments under the guidance of more senior teammates. Will apply knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for the particular area of specialization. Will provide operations and maintenance support to multiple tactical and land mobile radio systems . Will provide operations and maintenance support on networking and communications equipment providersA? (i.e. Harris, Exelis, Kenwood) equipment. Will perform communications surveys, new installations and preventative maintenance for vehicle and fixed site systems, COMSEC management, frequency management, training, and depot level repair for radios. Will develop and conduct training for U.S. Government personnel and private contractors regarding the proper use, care, maintenance and preventative maintenance of assigned systems. Requirements/Qualifications: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with immediate eligibility to be granted access to sensitive compartmented information. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must possess 2 years of technical experience in modern communications systems or a related field and be able to successfully demonstrate key responsibilities and knowledge; hands:on work experience with type I encrypted radios is a plus. Must demonstrate knowledge of COMSEC principles and requirements. Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory and principle and the effects of systems operating in an electronic countermeasures environment is a plus. Technical knowledge of RF Communications (VHF/UHF/SATCOM/Radio) and RF communication equipment that is compatible with CREW systems is a plus. Position requires self:motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi:task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint). Travel Requirements: May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
