Job Description:/h3:
The Integration Manager is responsible for the definition of the overall strategic Defense Acquisition Visibility Environment plan, as well as the tactical execution against the plan as resources transition from sustainment in Acquisition Visibility (AV) to the DAVE framework. Additionally, this role manages the integration of the DAVE system across the AV organization, to include requirements management, systems engineering, data management, policy definition, and technical execution in support of system development for DAVE, and associated capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
x25CF; Provide overarching strategy and direction for the transition management for AV, and the DAVE system specifically
x25CF; Maintain and execute the DAVE strategy, which will be informed by government prioritization
x25CF; Support the analysis of new capabilities for inclusion in the AV Portfolio; Provide analysis of how proposed capabilities will benefit the Acquisition community and will align with the organizations goals and objectives. Provide assessments of available resources, and recommend adjustments to IT priorities to meet changing needs, program plans, goals and objectives
x25CF; Look for and propose additional analytical opportunities; support further refinement of analytical use cases
x25CF; Ensure coordination across the organization to support product owners and capability development, to include appropriate Best Practice Implementation Criteria (BPICs), Acquisition Visibiity Data Framework / Data Model (AVDF/AVDM) and Policy insight.
x25CF; Ensure coordination across the organization to support capability delivery, to include training, AV deployment support and eBiz.
x25CF; Identifies problem areas, both functionally and technically, and recommends possible solutions, such as an analysis of alternatives. Provides assessment and recommendations on impact of changes in legislation, policy, guidance or directives on current and future program requirements.
x25CF; Develop and brief AV status reports in support of weekly leadership meetings and quarterly Program Management Reviews.
x25CF; Support Budget and Contracts team as needed to support an integrated program plan ensuring linkage between Program budget and execution. Support the generation of budget:capability papers (e.g. UFRs).

Experience Level:
x25CF; Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree in a technical field preferred
x25CF; 15+ years DoD/Federal Government program management, development and acquisition management and solution delivery of cross:functional projects and programs
x25CF; Robust experience in Agile methodologies and successful Agile techniques such as user stories, planning/grooming, test driven development, velocity analysis and continuous integration.
x25CF; Strong technical aptitude and hands on experience working with technical product teams. Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and communicate with external teams and stakeholders.
x25CF; Familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System and the policies, processes and procedures that inform
x25CF; Prepares draft Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement provisions and clauses for identification of trusted suppliers
x25CF; Experience working in a DoD or Federal Information Technology Systems implementation, modernization or sustainment program
x25CF; Experience working on:site with Federal Government clients
x25CF; Proven ability working successfully in a collaborative and diverse environment
x25CF; Excellent attention to detail, particularly documentation concerns
x25CF; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
x25CF; Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast:paced environment
x25CF; Proven ability in providing direction to the project teams for work products due as well as the overall status of the projects assigned
