Long term open ended contract with PTO

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years as a product owner or business analyst in an agile development environment
* 3+ years digital online or mobile experience
* Experience implementing retail website and marketing programs
* Comprehensive understanding of the latest developments and technologies in the retail digital marketing environment (retail websites, digital marketing, search marketing, prospect/audience targeting, lead acquisition, mobile, social media, etc.)
* Strong writing skills with a proficiency in business requirement documentation, experience writing Agile user stories, business requirement documentation
* Knowledge and practice of core principals of Agile methodology and Agile development practices including Scrum, Kanban, Lean software development, etc.
* Knowledge of Behavioral and Test Driven Development practices and frameworks
* Experience and knowledge of business process management tools such as IBM or TIBCO
* Knowledge of Continuous
Integration/Deployment/Delivery practices, tools and process
* Familiarity and experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for product user stories and agile development
* Experience working in or directly with an agency, creative or technical consultants.
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge of automotive sales and marketing environment a plus
* Entrepreneurial, startup, or corporate innovation experience
* Well organized, able to multi:task, able to prioritize with minimal direction
* Experience in Adobe CQ/AEM CMS
* Management of design and development of web sites, applications and mobile apps using open source web platforms
* Experience in the automotive industry

Our client is embarking on an effort to revision and restructure their current platforms to be able to leverage data, customer information, code and functionalities globally across different markets. This new global platform will allow them to leverage capabilities and work flows that make sense to their market while also allowing for customization, a reduction in overall development costs, an increase in profits and faster time to market for new capabilities and tools.
The Digital Platform Product Manager will manage the various stages of product development and work collaboratively with dedicated internal and agency technical teams on the planning and execution of global platform applications. For the initial engagement, you will mainly be responsible for documenting and defining user stories and requirements to fill the product backlog in addition to helping to execute the product vision, development, deployment and maintenance strategy of these universal platforms.

Main responsibility : 75
* Support a new initiative to align our platforms across the global markets for reuse and optimization
* Work with key cross:functional teams to develop platform product requirements
* Help develop and manage platform product backlog and define priorities, with a key focus on product KPIs and measuring product effectiveness
* Develop key product documentation including business cases, business requirements, epics and user stories defined with test driven development scenarios
* Manage requirement clarifications process
Additional responsibilities : 25
* Build good relationships with team members, ensuring a high level of team morale
* Effectively communicate issues, risks and dependencies with project stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
* Provide hands:on development support to product teams where necessary
* Help eliminate and identify any internal roadblocks that impede development and launch
* Act as liaison between other disciplines and technology team members
* Work to prioritize project enhancements
