Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Sterling, VA


Job Description

As the REI Systems Office Coordinator, you will support office operations in areas such as corporate event planning, maintaining building floor plan,
facilities/building management and tracking office inventory. If you are results:oriented, able to multitask and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, you will be a great fit. You will be a full:time REI team member with great benefits and flexible working hours.


Provide Front Desk Support

Inventory, order, coordinate, and manage office supplies.

Monitor and coordinate maintenance of general office equipment; maintain common use areas.

Prepare and circulate general internal correspondence, ssages for general announcements.

Provide executive assistance to leadership teams

Provide centralized coordinator support (New Hire Set Up forms, On:boarding, Off:boarding)

Maintain and manage the office floor plan

Develop, maintain and update documents dealing with administrative procedures and contact directories; organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

Coordinate and schedule annual staff meetings, management meetings, corporate functions and provide necessary support.

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for facilities

Maintain and update corporate informational charts/general announcements on official bulletin boards

Maintain office calendar to coordinate meetings.

May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive team and staff

Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and executive team.

Work Experience

Two to five years of experience in administrative and management support for a wide range of office functions.


Bachelors Degree. Certification in Office Management and Administrative Support is a plus.

Exceptional oral, presentation and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel and Outlook) and ability to master similar productivity tools

Ability to work in a fast:paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Ability to multi:task and to work under short timelines

Ability to work well in team environment of varying composition, personalities, roles and responsibilities

Professional etiquette and ability to interact with professionals and executives

Punctual, consistent and able to meet deadlines

Problem solver with strong ability to work alone in areas of core competence with minimal guidance

Willingness to share information, train and be trained, mentor and be mentored with executives, and peers

Experience with knowledge management and collaboration portals, such as SharePoint, Wiki is a plus
