Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Small international non-profit Association in Old Town Alexandria, VA has an entry-level opportunity for an individual that is well-organized, deadline-oriented, possesses high math aptitude and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This position interacts daily with association members from 83 countries and is responsible for processing employee benefits (to include payroll, insurance, and retirement) for members living outside the U.S. in remote regions of the world. Candidate must have a four year degree in accounting, finance, or human resources as well significant experience with Microsoft Office Products to include Excel, Word, and Access. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check and have a permanent U.S. work visa. Foreign languages skills are a plus. Association benefits include parking, medical, LTD, Life, AD&D, 10.3% retirement plan contribution, vacation, and personal leave.
